Motion works pretty well for me. I just find the man cutting to the hoop and toss it in to him or set up the alley-oop.

It's hard to set up a perfect alley-oop. If you want to successfully do one, then make sure a good dunker is near the basket. Go to the three-point line and press the alley-oop button to pass it to the person near the basket. Alley-oop passes can cause easy steals so make sure you don't do them often :? For quick plays, I prefer doing hand-offs. I give the ball to my point guard and he runs around for a while. I make sure he's outside the three-point line at all times. Then I usually wait until someone can pass through the center and can easily score a baket, so I pass it to that person for a dunk or a layup..

i think double high is the best and it´s easy to use, the C and PF in the post, the SG and SF are open for a three pointer or the penetration and the PG administrates the ball.

I think that Ballscreen 1 is the optimal play for any guard oriented team (Orlando, Philly) because it has your SG running around some screens to the side of the key where usually your C or PF is. This is perfect for posting up a guard or letting him continue to curl towards the basket.
