Live 2001 Patch to be used in Live 2003

I just would like to find out if its possible to import a Live 2001 roster patch to Live 2003? I have this roster from Live 2001 and I really would like to use the patch in Live 2003. If ever this is possible, I really hope that someone can assist me on this.

It's possible, but it requires a lot of adjustments and filling in of missing values in the players.dbf file.

Thanks for the reply, but would you know if there is a tutorial out there or is there a thread in this forum that actually deals with this topic? Tried searching but cant seem to find any. Hope you can help me with this.

I think it would take just as long to convert it as it would to remake it .
