Nike Jersey Templates

can anyone make a Nike template jersey/shorts??? its needed for the new Euroleague patch.

and on the bottom of the thread, there is the details/pics needed to make the template.

please someone make this template, it will help further the progress of the patch and will be greatly appreciated.
