Applying Jerseys Textures?

I downloaded that uniform kit off of a website. I was just wonder how to apply the textures using Paint Shop Pro?

I had PSP, but its been a while. You need to copy and paste the texture onto your uniform art and then find the 'Layer' utility. it'll have a bunch of choices like 'normal', 'liquify', 'color dodge', et cetera. You need to find 'multiply' and pick that one. hope that helps. if you had Adobe i could walk you step by step.

if u want to add textures to any color other than black, then just use multiply. if its black, use a color that is not 0,0,0 for rgb, use something like 13,13,13 for rgb and put a layer on top of the jersey color and one at the bottom. the top one use overlay, then multiply the jersey color layer
