what's up with that 'uber' roster that is in the works

Wasn't there a pathcher working on a roster patch that would include teams from the 80's all the way through to 2003?

Hawk23 has released a Champs roster, containing championship teams from the 50s to the present, as well as the runner-up teams from the 1990s.
