Why is Jowe able to see them and PoorCh,.... are not?

Can you please explain me your problem with the dl section?

found out the problem.. where it has [ News ] [Cyberfaces a-h etc...]
that section of ur site able to be scrolled up and down, i guess i was using the scroll button on my mouse and those links dissapeared.. now the links are on the page :)
