i'm doing a franchise with Toronto

and i would like to know since VC is injured..in the real life and in the roster is there a way for me to add him back in the starting lineup

i see it but no incons saying he is injured....

drag him above the IR slots and into the starting lineup if you want him to start...

reorder rosters...it's the last three spots on the 15-man roster...

You have to go to Options/Team Management/Reorder Rosters. There you can make every change you want in the rosters.
