Help please....

I just finished playing a game in my second season in my franchise. I tried to go save it and I get a message saying: 'Save Failed: Insufficient Space"
I erased one of my save slots, but the same message still came up when I tried to save. I even tried overwriting some of my older save files, but that did nothing either.
Is this a common problem or something?
I don't understand why this is happening..because it hasn't happened once since I started playing my franchise, and I've played over 100 games in it.
I still have the game running in the background on my PC..and I don't plan on shutting it off until I save my game. Any suggestions???

Probably talking about space on your hard drive. Try erasing some junk on you hard drive. that u dont need

Yea..but dude, I have around 10 Gigs free on my HD. Free space is not an issue. I really don't understand why this is happening. It makes me not want to play the game anymore.
