Nba live fast.?!?

For some reason my NBA Live runs really fast. The game is fast no matter what rosters i use.. Its wierd because when i first got my Radeon 9000 video card, the game was slow, (for example the jumpshots, motion of the ball, player movement, ect..) was slow, but now, the game is very fast. Same thing is happening with my friends game. Does anyone have the same problem??. I have the latest drivers of my video card, sound card, and directx. My specs are as follows:

ASUS MB
AMD Duron 1GHz
512MB PC133 SDRAM
ATI Radeon 9000 128MB
20GB HD, 8GB FREE

Hey, that's happened to my game too... but I didn't do anything to my computer, it just went faster the next game!

yeah pretty wierd. whats are your computer specs? I havent been able to solve the problem yet.
