Happy new year to all of you.

In order to sart the year well, I need your help :

I play one on one with a friend (human Vs human) He takes the Lakers and I take the Blazers. We want to start a season. We found the original players.dbf over rated (too easy) and the tweak roster so underestimated (not for CPU Vs human but for human Vs human). We need a helping hand, a magic one :

We need an updated roster which is not tweaked and then apply those changes (the toolkit is not working with me, I tried everything to make it work but in vain):

Multiply the FG rating by 0.89
Decrease the 3point rating by 3
Multiply The DUNK rating by 0.88
Multiply The JUMP rating by 0.86
Multiply The QUICKNESS by 0.94
Multiply the SPEED by 0.88
