Andrew do you have a patch with the regular ratings welll not regular but not so low ratings at least have stars ratings in the 85 and above and role players at least from78-84.

I haven't changed any ratings in the NLSC current roster update, so the overall ratings will reflect those of the original rosters, though they remain untweaked so gameplay issues that can be fixed with tweaking the ratings remain.

Well, I haven't changed any of the ratings for existing players. Are you sure it's my roster that you are using?
