slow!!!!

i have e Pentium 4 1500@1635Mhz, 512 MB SDRAM, a Geforce 4 Ti 4200 128 DDR and s*+?t.....i can't play at the max details....i obtain only 12-18 fps!

i think my PC isn't so slow, it's a good system, other EA games like madden 2k3, fifa 2k3 and nhl 2k3 run smooth at highest details but nba live 2003 not at all!

i'm going crazy!!!!

Hope someone help me.....
