This is a repost of known freestyle moves taken from the old forum...all credit to Ernest Garrett who compiled the list...

(You can drive out of most any of these positions by using the left stick)

Switch to face-up position: Tap up
Protect ball overhead (hold with two hands): Hold up
Palm ball out away from defender (hold with one hand)r: Hold down
Turn to left shoulder: Hold right
Turn to right shoulder: Hold left

(You can drive out of most of these positions by holding the left analog stick. Except for the two hand hold, for some reason you cannot drive out of it.)

STANDING DRIBBLING (assuming ball is in right hand)

Dribble between legs: Tap left
(By immediately tapping in the other direction you can do this again the other direction)

Normal crossover: Roll up to left
Cradle to normal crossover: Roll right to up to left
Cradle to normal crossover to left hand cradle: Roll right to up to left and hold

Behind-the-back dribble: Roll down to left
Behind-the-back to left hand dribble: Roll down to left (this can also be repeated by rolling the opposite direction immediately)
Behind-the-back to left hand cradle: Roll down to left and hold
Cradle to behind-the-back to left hand dribble: Roll right to down to left
Cradle to behind-the-back to left hand cradle: Roll right to down to left and hold

RUNNING DRIBBLING (Assuming ball is in right hand)

Normal Spin: Tap up
Same-hand tight spin: Roll up to right
(Note: This move can only be performed by players with a Dribbling rating of 93 or higher)

Step back: Tap down

Cradle ball: Right
Cradle to fake crossover: Tap right, right

Normal crossover: Roll up to left
Cradle to normal crossover: Roll right to up to left

Between-the-legs crossover: Left
Cradle to between the legs crossover: Tap right, left

Behind-the-back crossover: Roll down to left
Cradle to behind-the-back crossover: Roll right to down to left

Also, let me add that the Same-hand short spin move listed above can only be done by players with Dribbling of 93 or above.

I think that's everything...if anybody notices anything else just say so. Especially any player-specific special moves as I have yet to find any.

Yea...a few weeks ago on this board someone asked and I posted an updated version. If you go back you can find it, the thread is titled 'Freestyle Moves' or something like that.

It seems now like the same-hand tight spin relies on having high quickness and just sufficient dribbling.
