I have an error message that i cant get away.

i keep getting the error "A required .DLL file, D3D8.DLL, was not found" and its buggin me. ive had two other probebloms to find a third one hid behind it, somone tell me what to do, ive got a new direct x and updated my vidieo card drive. i dont know what this error means.

I got that error too, but now I have installed dx9 their are no more error messages. Just install/reinstall the latest version of dx.
