Lebron James on Console

I play Nba Live on consoles and want to add in some players. I can create them, but some, like Lebron, really should develope better. I know how to do this on pc, but is there a way to do it for console? If not, is there anything else I couls do? My friedn suggested just making him really good, but I'm not sure about that.
