shoe help

I've been making my own shoes but everytime I try and put them on a player they come out with weird spots of colors and don't look anything like the shoes i made, i make the image size 128X128 if anyone is willing to help me please email me at joemimic@yahoo.com

ok i download bmp i wanna use resize it to 128 by 128 64 by 64 and 32 by 32 and i past the code inside the index.fsh and it exacts a bsho file to where i put it i put that file inside a players folder in xplayer and when i go inside the game the see the sneakers they look nothing like the ones that i got there missing everything could someone help me out on what to do i got the new version of eagraph 1.02b all my stuff is up to date can someone please help me my email is stevo8515@aol.com or stevo82785@hotmail.com

I made three versions of the pic -128x128, 64x64, 32x32 - named them as told, copied the index.txt from yohance Bailey's site, change it to fsh, and then when I run it, it says "error in line 7"
I followed the exact rules from the tutorial, and put it in a certain player's file. someone please help!
