Need help with the interact axis gamepad!!!

I don't know what is wrong, i can use some of the freestyle controls on the right analog, but i can't do the jab or the step back. It seems like the right analog does nothing when i puch it up or down. but it does the crossover moves when i push it left or right. Can anyone help?
oh it is the interact axis pad color fx.
