Shorts Numbers?

Is there a place in the team.dbf or teamgear.dbf to change so that there are numbers on the shorts?
Or do i have to make individual home and away jerseys for all players on teams that have numbers on the shorts?

I've searched and searched. This was the only post I found that made mention of this issue. Is it just not an option in 03? I see that the teams in the game like phoenix and seattle that SHOULD have shorts numbers do not. Is that that? Someone step up to the plate here, please.

(I'm obviously desperate, I NEVER use baseball analogies)

There used to be a field in the NBA Live 2001 dbf files (SHORTNUM), but there doesn't seem to be one in NBA Live 2003 dbfs. Strange, since the graphics files themselves do not display numbers on the shorts.

and no, psych, there are no numbers on any teams shorts.
