roster patching in franchise mode

i've downloaded DK's rooster and i want to try it, the problem is that i've already started a franchise and i don't want to repeat the whole season. but i really wanted to try DK's roster patch. when i tried to overwrite the players DBF file in my franchise save folder, the statsistics of every player shows their stats in the last season...

use the NBA Live tool kit and select the import option....but only import player rating....or eveythings but except the stats...

so i juz import the tweaked player.dbf to my current player.dbf!!!
