CUSTOM TEAM HELP

Hey, I just created a custom team (the Bobcats) following the process explained in the sticky topic, and the team shows up in the game and I have custom art enabled so the jerseys are fine, but when i try to play a game with them the game crashes just as it's almost loaded. This was mentioned in the sticky topic, but the only answer provided was a thread that didn't work anymore. Can anyone help?
