Is there any better editing in Live?

I'm wondering if there were any hacks created that allow us to edit every aspect of any existing player in the game, within the game. The game right now only allows us to edit certain aspects, like jersey number, and not others, like attribute ratings.
Are there any plans for a hack to be made, instead of doing it manually through the players.dbf file? Because that stuff seems pretty damn complicated.

You could use the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit for MS Access 97/2000.
