This game was very realistic. (You see that in this team stats. And that's not the only thing.The play was very good too.)
[But when the gameplay is very stupid(ex:fg:62%,steal:higher than 15 ,much much much fastbreake, etc.) you can't win,and you can 't play
a good game.But this game...!!!:-)))
I' ve played many game since I have Nba Live 2003.And I tried to find out, how can I play the best (the most realistic).
I think it was succesful.

My gameplay settings is:- 8 mins(or 9 mins)
- all star
- arcade
- fouls:def: -----¤------
off: ----¤-------
- shot control: cpu
- cpu assistance: off

In the "Team strategy"- menu:-set the "defensive strategy": Man to man
Chrash boards: off
In the "Defensive strategy"-menu : All Quick plays are: Man to man

Therefor during the game it were about 2 or 3 "Minnesota fastbreak", and they and 76ers don't make
so many dunk.Like a real Nba game.Because you can see match, where players don't dunk too much.Just about 5.(Not all Nba game is an all star match !)


Ohh! I forget one thing: You see, my 3pt % is a little high. But don't wondering: because Garnett was Van Horn's defender, and when I pass the ball
to him( Van Horn), Garnett didn't go for block his shot.He stay inside and waited.I think "he thought, Van Horn wanted to go for an easy layup"
But Van Horn shot !! Ooh !! That's good He shot 5/5.
And my ft%....I must practice a lot to shooting free throws.

realistic - free throws, rebounding. the blocks, steals and assists are alright...some are just a little bit high but overall its very good!!

unrealistic - high scoring, unless it was overtime? maybe bench scoring is unbalanced too, too high? Mavs bench got almost 50% of the starters point? Kings took too many 3's, while Mavs hardly taken any at all?? They jack up 3's like hell lol.

i played the mavs and i didnt go for 3 points, i have some nearly unstoppable setplays, with the original roster i score almost 200 a game

i was playing dallas, same settings, 12min superstar all rules on

Wow, those scores are high

I've been playing 12 min quarters on all-star and getting scores of under 100 points every game recently

One game even had a 76-72 scoreline for a full 12 minute game, I repeat, a full 12 minut game, not a "full" 8 or 9 minute game.

And neither team put up anywhere near 100 shot attempts,thats just unrealistic and insane, you guys are obviously playing way to fast

Sure... we'll play in frickin 9 minute settings... what about the other 3 minutes of the game I bought?

If I wanted to lower the score by lowerng minutes, I would I'd even run the fucking clock down to 24 in ever possesion. are you fucking serious man?

In general I think that DKs new rosters are the best ones so far...when I played a game with them the first time I was like "S***! thats just the Live 2003 I wanted!!" but sometimes these rosters just drive me mad. From time to time I get very unrealistic stats and the game plays very strange. For instance when I carefully try to set up plays and use the clock in the first quarter, I'll get a lot of easy shots as a result of it. And then in the second quarter the cpu just tries to (I guess it does) turn my fg% down I miss a lot of my open shots and the cpu begins to run and gun. Perhaps I should try to play on superstar but I don't think that my D-game is ready for that.

Here is an example for the strange stats I get sometimes. In this one I was the sixers and the pacers just didn't start to come on with their offensive game...for a big part of the game their fg% was around 28% but then I started to act a little lazy on D but I think I could have kept their Fg% much lower than it actually was at the end of the game.
