How do i make better career Package?

I know that every player has his career package A-D with A the best. But when i chaged everyones to A using EXCEL nothing really changed.
Like Wagner always eds up going max 80 then dropes. Milicic never makes it past 72?

Even with a career package of A, a player will eventually decline and still stands the risk of never developing. A higher career package basically means the player has great potential, but there's still a chance that it will not be realised.

ok, but there is no chage what so ever to players? Im just not sure is im doing it all right,
do i jusr change CAREER PACKAGES to A?

another thing, i remmeber ther was a proram which helped u install jerseys?

That's right. Up until the age of 32, players with a CAREERPKG of A will have the best chance of becoming superstars.
