EDITING RATINGS IS F***** Up

Alright, I CAME TO MY SENSES AND I HAVE RELIZED THAT I WAS WRONG. I STILL CAN BEAT THE GAME BUT IF YOU EDIT RATINGS, THAT MEANS YOU WANT MORE REAL GAMES LIKE THE NBA. I DO TO, BUT THE ROSTERS THAT I HAVE DOWNLOADED ALWAYS HAD MADE MY GAME WORSE AND DID NOT WORK SO I STICK TO THE ORIGINAL ROSTER.

I AM SORRY FOR INSUTLING YOU PEOPLE AND APOLOGIZE FOR MY LANGUAGE.

Fuck these tweaked rosters, I have decided to quit downloading TWEAKED rosters and only get the once that were updated and not tweaked.

HINT: To get the realistic game results like I do. Ya laysee people have to play some hard defese. Never use one defese strategy for 2 minutes, always change it so that the computer will not score as much and you will get better results.

Man you may know how to play ball, but not know how to play this game.

If you playin against the Computer you just have to figure out what the strength of your opponent team is. So therefore, you change your defense until the point, you can handle your opponent and that's all...

If you would play against real human players, it would make sense to change your defense every single or couple of plays, because he have to face every play a new defense. This is basketball.
And if you play against human players you would also figure out, the high pace rosters would dominate the game all over, so it's coming to a rushing run and gun game, because transition defense is very hard to handle.

I tried the game and I am using the defese that I always do. Changing it so taht the opponent has to change its offense makes the game run slower.
I did not mention this, by the way, I am hearing that many people are loosing and not winning many games. Well for me, I started a francise with detroit and I am on a 12 game winning streak with superstar.

thats right, try playing against real people online and we'll see how good you really are. and no, playing with a tweaked roster is not for kids, it's just the best way to get a better gameplay because without it, both team's total could add up to almost 300 points for the whole game and i dont think that is any fun is it??

i don't change any ratings. i think the only way to master this game is to win the championship without any editing. your championship will be flawed if you edited even one player.

have to disagree, actually there's more chances that u r a kid by not trying to grab a copy of the modified rosters as it's default pace and gameplay with the rosters that EA made r NBA JAM worthy, dunks from everywhere, jumpers going in 90% of time. That's what (most) youngsters r hyped for.
I think they watched real NBA guys and set speeed like that, I.E. Iverson runs the court in 4 secs, so in 1 second in Live he makes 1/4 of the court. thats not the way to do it, can u imagine a tennis game with serves going as fast as IRL? u wouldn't catch one unless u r playin with a 386...SX
Though now i think about it maybe the 98 thang was on purpose so u could play the game at better pace
