FINALLY GOT IT!!!

I finally got the game here in australia
one word................AWESOME!!

Its very hard, i mean i just started my cavs franchise 56 games 3-5-5-5 all-star 9mins, 12mins sims
and im 0-2
with a 92-126 loss to kings and a huge unbelieveable 109-166 loss to the clippers
I CANT STOP THE FASTBREAK!!!
any help on how to???
anywayz in my very first game(exhibition) i was the lakers 6min quarters superstar and got creamed 123-55, i knew since then that this was gonna be f**kin hard lol

awesome game anyway
ilguaskas is averaging 33.5ppg in the first 2 games, the up "n" under, and the drop step jumpshot are his best post moves

The best defense against a fastbreak is to play the game just like real basketball -- don't run if you're not open.

yer i just did that and it worked but i still lost by 25 coz i kept fouling

they had 35 FT attempts and made 28 so that was the diff, plus they went on a 23-4 run
this was agaisnt the suns by the way, just then, i cant stop playin it!!
even though im losin!!

if u are against a bad 3point shooting team you can always switch to zone defense, if u are against a good team put full court man to man defense to stress them and even in superstar it works and they lose the ball alot.

well ive got the lakers next, so it looks like i might try that
now, are there any tips on stopping shaq ??? lol

against the fastbreak.. try not to give up the allyoop cuz dey like to do dat a lot.. stand under the net and hold the take charge button and hope it works x]

Frankly, the only way to win in this version on the higher levels is to play really sound BB. Specifically good "D". Full court press with no DB team and high pressure on all players is my most effective "D".

I now consider myself a "CHARGE" getting expert as I have found that the CPU quards, especially the fast ones, can be slowed down by good defensive positioning and they get called for charging alot.

Oh yeah, take off crash boards as this causes your guarsds not to rotate back after misses and leads to many CPU fast breaks.

yer, ive doen that, ive also figured out a way to cut down the post-up
i just wait till they drop there shoulder, then bang! take the charge(vlade divac styles lol)

anyway im 1-4 with the cavs, r.davis leading the team with 22.7ppg but my leading rebounder is illy at a pathetic 5.5rpg(wassup wid dat!)

my defense still aint that good, seeings im giving up 121 PA\G and the opp. FG% is around about 59% on average

anyway next game is the long awaited iverson vs wagner matchup
