tweak roster problem

i found a very series problem
when a rating, ie, 3-pt, was edited below 50
it would work just like it was rated 99

i found the problem when i play with laker
shaq go outside the 3-pt line and make EVERY shots
he make 8/8 3-pt in the game

should we edited the rating that below 50 backed to 50

We discovered this about 2 weeks ago, that's why most of the roster patches are using multiplying instead of just subtracting, so that numbers never dip into the negatives, thus making them act like 99.
