CPU vs CPU

Does anyone know the best settings and tips to play in CPU vs CPU mode. I don't know which skill level....All-Star mode? In addition, how many minutes to play. Lastly, are there any other settings that i should be aware of to make this mode more realistic. Do I have to change certain settings?

What do you do when you just watch CPU vs. CPU? Since there isn't a coach mode...
