yup..i think that's the most recommended gamepad to use for Live 2003. Although i've heard that some people also use the Wingman? or Gravis or a PSX to PC converter for their playstation gamepads.

firestorm thrustmaster is great... it took a little getting used to, as i played w/ a gamepad pro for the last 4-5 years... but once i got the hang of it, it's great

Where did you get the PS2 to PC converter for the controller?

I would kill to use a PS2 controller on my PC. Heck, I would even return my Logitech wingman cordless.

I mean, the wingman is good, but it takes some serious getting used to.(for me at least) Now that I am getting used to it, it is okay. And needing batteries for it is well...LAME.

The product from Saitek(isn't out yet) but it looks like it will be a heck of a lot better. www.saitek.com

It has it's own charging stand and runs solely from the USB connection. No batteries necessary(which is very nice) It just recharges. I will probably cross over once they produce it.
