Help with tweaking!

Hi,

I know you can edit ratings with Excel but the professional tweakers do it differntly, but how?

I'd need a program with which I can edit all players' FG-ratings in one process...I think it is global editing? Don't know, my mother tongue isn't English.

I don't want to edit each player's FG one after the other as this would take weeks of work.

I just want to add some calculation, for exmaple all FG should be just 60% of the original numbers. Just type in this expression and there you are....so if you know, how you tweak FG, steal, block and so on, this should be just 4 steps and should just take you some minutes...

Any ideas?

E.g. in Windows, you do not have to delete each file manuelly but can select e.g. 30 files and delete them all together with one command.

Live 2001 toolkit -> you must have MS Access but I don't have it.

What other options are there?

I got the DBF Commander 2000 but how can you select all players and decrease the FG by a certain amount, e.g. cut it to 50% for all players?
