adding custom shoes...?

i've added custom shoes by adding sneakers to the default batch..
but how do u add sneakers to a specific player by adding a .fsh file in the xplayer directory. ie.. what filename will replace sneakers?

To patch an individual players shoes you have put a shoe FSH file into the specific player's xplayer directory called bsho.fsh.

but how do you create fsh file from scratch? is that what you are talking about?
b/c there are no shoe patches out there to copy and paste over... all i have is a picture file of the shoe.... (bmp or jpg).. and i would like to make a bsho.fsh but dont know how as of right now.
