roster patch installation

wondering if someone could help me with this question i have.

I currently am using save slots 000-005

Im trying to install a roster patch, which was originally written for save slot 005,but I want it to be in 006 instead.

I tried putting the contents of the patch in the 006 folder, and although it recognizes it in nbalive2k3, it still calls it save slot 005.

Any ideas how to fix that?

whak all the .dbf files in c:\\my docs\nba live 2003\database\currentdb...

when you load the game, the roster thats running will be this one..

then save it in the save/load menu. it it will automatically take up thenext vacant slot...there you go...

The only downside to that is when you reset your roster it will be your 006 roster
...bof...
