my patch - good for 12 min. qtrs, but needs to lower steals

I just made a roster patch and played it with 12 min. quarters at all-star and arcade. Both fouls minus 3 from max. Take a look:

I think it's pretty good except the steals and offensive rebounds. Any advice on lowering the steals? (by the way, i played as chicago and milwaukee)
