How do I make the all-star players wear the hersey I created instead of individual team jerseys?

Change the ORIGTEAM to the All-Stars East or All-Stars West respectively. Then make sure your custom All-Star jerseys are installed correctly.

Hey I downloaded the 2004 All-star jersey patch for NBA LIVE 2004 and tried using it on NBA LIVE 2003 and it works fine just that the players name doesnt appear clear and has lots of lines ging through it. How can If keep the same jerseys and make the names appear right? Also Is there a way to use the live 2004 all-star court for live 2003, cuz i tried and it crashed the game.

Generally patches will not work (or work properly) for older or newer NBA Live titles than the game they were created for. You'll have to convert the actual graphic for use with NBA Live 2003.
