NBA live 2003 is so choppy!

I have

Windows Me
P III
Intell(R) 82810E is my graphic card

I installed the newest driver, read all the topics written here ( none of them helped). i also installed Direct x 8.1!!!

I have played other 3D games on my computer and there was never a problem. But NBA live 2003 is unplayable. Please help!!!!!

Interesting thing that I noticed is when I move my mouse , the graphic speeds up. Weird!!!!!!

Anyway, I play with Microsoft Side Winder

Please give me some advices what to do!!!!

unplug your usb mouse (unless u said u tried that too)
switch to the lowest resolution
turn down the details
switch to win 2000/xp

if it's still like that..then there's nothing u can do other than buying a better graphics card..

Maybe this is the problem?...
okay...
>> Right click on the My Computer icon and click on properties >> Then click on the 'Performance' tab >> Click on 'File System' >> click on the 'CD-ROM' tab >> and then set the 'supplimental cache size' to small.
That makes it read off the Live CD better...and it will be less jerky. See the readme for more details...
