Is this a bug??

hmm.. i am not sure that this is official rule in NBA rite now but i thought that whenever the team with the ball gets fouled then they automatically get another full 24seconds for offence. But i have noticed that in NBA live 2003(and even 2001) they only give you 14 seconds...
Is this a bug or rule??

i think is that when the foul is made after the 12s shot clock it will be reset to 14 seconds...

it seems to be the new rule in NBA... i can't remember clearly

Yup it's a new rule. Time remaining after a foul is shot clock minus 10sec (time bringing ball up court), which resulted as 14sec
