Coach update

anyone wanna collab on a coach update.
there was one released with a few of the new coaches but theres a few we could make like scott skiles, mike d'antoni, stan van gundy, etc... plus update the new lenny wilkens/NYK in the dbf.
i havent found any luck with front views of skiles or d'antoni yet.

i agree. that'd be tops. include Frank and whoever the magic and boston new coaches are as well!
