help with installing a cyberface

does anyone know how i can get this kareem abdul jabbar cyberface to work i did everything the author said to do and when i go in the game his loading screen profile is blank and when i go check the cyber it's all dark black and you cant even see his face so if anyone that has it installed good can you plz tell me how thnks
