Is it just me or something wrong with my system?

My installation will play but I feel the gameply is a little too slow compared with ps2 or xbox version. My pc specs are P4 1.6g, 256 ddr ram, 52x cd-rom and geforce 2 mx 400 64M ram. It's like slow motion. I have read some with less powerful pc play the game smoothly and wonder if it's just me or something wrong with my pc.

I noticed the game clock seems to tick slower than a real clock . Is this normal?

What is your operating system? I read there's some problems with the framerate in versions of Windows 9x
