Is it possible to edit player's moves?

I know this might sound silly and not very likely but is it possible to edit a player's moves in the game? For example, Dirk Nowitzki in real life usually shoots his jumpers with his knees bent while in the air but in 2003 he doesn't, just like Ray Allen. So I would like to edit the player such that they are closer to real life. I don't think it's possible but it's worth a shot anyway.
