Please Help!!!

Ok heres my problem.. My Nba live 2003 was working perfectly..I tryed to start it up today and i get this microsoft, Nba live 2003 error.. right when i start up.. and it makes me either report it to microsoft or not report it. either way it closes the program up. Can someone please help me out in finding a way to fix this problem? I have already tryed to uninstall and reinstall same thing happens. so i dont know how to fix this problem.

check out the readme or help file...i seem to remember seeing something like that mentioned in it
