Editing Cyberfaces

Hey guy's, I have a question Concerning Cyberfacing... Is there anyway to edit a players face in the game that isn't a created player. I want to add A beard to Kevin Garnett and Release it online but it's too hard to edit a players face in Photoshop... and besides I'm just putting a little beard on him!
