look up dynamic and then static in the dictionary. Hmm, static usually relates to things that don't change, things that are constant. Dynamic deals with changes, things that deal with randomness perhaps. So dynamic playcalling would be, you guessed it, calling different plays randomly or if the cpu is smart enough based on the situation. If you called the same play every time the other team would catch on and own you every time you tried after they figured it out.
