Need help using toolkit

With nba live 2001 toolkit how can i change one value for all players at the same time? For example: if i want +20 to fg for all players.

you use the megamodifier

first you have to find what files you want to edit

i did it yesterday after about 3 hours of trial and error, but had to reinstall game cuz i messed up rosters too much

now i cant get it to work

help me too if you can

where does toolkit need to be etc..
