how do i add tattoo?

Ok, i download a new tattoo for eric william. I can see 2 files
erwilli.fsh and erwilli_acc.fsh

Then i go to render folder and can see xplayer.viv

What the hell do i do now??? They want me to copy those files to that xplayer.viv , but how can i? What program do i need to open the xplayer.viv

Damn, please help.

never mind people, i have figured it out myself. NOW MY PLAYERS FROM BOSTON GOT SOME NASTY TATTOOO on them!!! YEAH. IT TOOK ME HALF DAY TO FIGURED THIS SHIT OUT.

Step 1. GO TO \NBA Live 2003\main\cscripts\xstartup.cfg and open xstartup.cfg by using notepad
you must perform this "one time only" step to allow you to use custom graphics in NBA Live 2003. Modify the last line to customart 1 instead of customart 0

Step. 2 Next, create a new folder inside the \NBA Live 2003\render\ called xplayer. Inside the xplayer folder create another folder called ewilli and copy your new ewilli.fsh file into the new ewilli folder.

That is it!! now you can see the new TATTOO when you play the game.

Note- the name of new folder depend on the name of the player.
