can anybody try making a true gym patch?

One side can have all the of the starting 5's practice gear, similar to the eastern and western all stars, by overwriting the home jersey.. And the other side would be topless.. So the only things now that needs to be worked on is a topless jersey file to replace the away team jersey, and the rosters to make the home team's players wear different sorts of jerseys am i right?
