Check teams.dbf, maybe the Bobcats teamcode is cb... change it to ch

the teams.dbf from which location? I changed it to ch in the teams.dbf from the mydocuments/nbalive2003/saves/002 folder, but that did not fix the problem.

teams.dbf in the folder of roster/season/franchise you are currently using...

Otherwise maybe you don't have the logos installed in .../renfe/xlogo_f.viv... you'd better check also xlogo_m.viv, xlogo_s.viv and xportbck.viv

omg for some reason, when i try to load my franchise saved game, it crashes the game, saying something about corruption in the workingdb/teams.pdf file and codebase error

*sigh* now i can't play the game at all anymore. can't even delete the nba2003 folder from my documents to reinstall.

Yes, you'd better reinstall the whole game and re-download the patches...

ok, reinstalled the game. still can't play as or against bobcats. not going to try editing the teams.dbf since it caused codebase error. and i can't be missing any files since i reinstalled...

hey dude did you know how can you change the players in the west and east all star? and how can you change the players at the main menu?

help!!! something weird happened to my saved franchise game. it started with the wrong displays for number of wins/losses for my team (7-1 instead of 40-4). i am guessing it somehow reverted back to when i had only played 8 games, but the thing is when i go look at the team stats, it does show 40-4. but then i played a match and tried to save the game afterwards, which caused it to crash. when i went back in to try to load the saved game, this happened (see below) and when i click on load, nothing happens...

Are you using a original disc to re-install?
If you are, try re-installing again. Use only this patch and nothing else. The something you may or may not be using could be screwing with the Bobcats.
If it still doesn't work, I can't help you. Try TRU09, it worked for me on the first try.

Oh, but same things apply as I said before:

Open the NBA Live 2003\saves folder at your My Documents. Delete EVERYTHING except the folder that its name 002.

yeah i deleted the saved game and started a new franchise
