Without a description of the problem it is difficult to help you. However, for the National Team Art to install you need to satisfy three things:
1. You need to have EAZip installed in your main NBA Live folder.
2. You need to have CDBFlite installed in your main NBA Live folder.
3. You need to have the National Teams roster installed in the saves\015 directory.
You can get all these items at:
nteams.nbalive.org
If you satisfy those three criteria then the patch should install properly.
Do you use Windows ME? Some users have had problems installing the patch under Win ME because Win ME doesn't allocate enough memory to run the batch installation file. I have a Windows ME installation fix that I will be releasing shortly that solves this problem. If you have Windows ME...maybe you would like to beta test the Windows ME installation fix for me???
NOTE: CDBFlite is still required for the installation of the National Teams Art V1.0...however all National Teams patches released from now on will utilize MDBF instead...

i have Win 98SE and it doesn't work for me either and also the patches that use getnba2k3 give me an 'out of environment space' error

The 'out of environment space' is the exact error that the Win ME fix is supposed to address...although I thought the error was exclusive to Win ME...
