movies, player cut sequences, and intros

does anyone know how, or know where to get a patch, that gets rid of the annoying pre-game player entrances, clowning around, the center clowning with the ref on the tip-off, the camera cuts to the bench showing players griping after every foul call, the camera cuts to the bench showing the coach and player on every substitution, and the ea sports movie and intro screens when loading the game?

that's a long paragraph. if i remember right, in nba 2000 there was a patch to eliminate the intros. also, in nba live 2000, when you clicked the "player cut sequences", you didn't get any of the annoying junk that you get in 2003. i've got player cut sequences turned off in 2003, but that only pertains to the camera shots on the players after a shot, etc.
