Allstar vs. superstar

I have played on Allstar two season but now I win just every game, even I try to play in a realistic way, without too many layups and so on.
Maybe I should try to switch to superstar? But I do not want an unrealistic game then...in Live 2000 it was impossible to play on superstar as you just hit 20% of your shots, you missed easy layups, open shots from close range and so on.
I want better D from the computer, he should steal the ball more easily and so on but neither should I hit hardly any shots nor should he hit 70% of his shots. So what are the exact differences of the these tho difficulty levels?
