Problem playing with the Firestorm Thrustmaster Dual Power 3

i just bought my game today and i bought a controller.
i installed everything, i go into the game and select my controller. everythings fine, but then i go into the menu to change angle views, then the configuration of my controller disappears, only keyboard 1 and 2 are left. i searched this forum but i couldn't find an answer, can someone please help?
